This is absolutely one of my favorite places to visit at the mall. The employees are very friendly, everything I've tried on the menu is delicious, everything is well priced, and the atmosphere as well as the presentation of their food is very neat and appetizing.

Five stars! Stopped by SweetMoon today and tried their Brown Sugar Milk Tea—it was absolutely delicious. The drink was perfect, and the service was friendly. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're craving some quality boba!

Absolutely love coming here! This is my favorite place to come for a sweet treat, specially a frozen passion fruit mango drink🧋The staff is amazing and always so friendly. A hidden gem here in Naples and now finally available on DoorDash. I will keep supporting this business and hope others will too💕

Jenny who served us im pretty sure her name was, was absolutely wonderful! So patient so kind, so outgoing! with both me and my Mother-in-law when deciding on what to order. So worth the buy! The smoothies we bought were amazing! So fresh and healthy! She even gave us a sample of another smoothie type you can order and it was so good as well! Thank you Jenny for ymserving us. She loved my service doggy too that was with us training. Hoping to see you again real soon!

Sweet Moon Boba is hands down one of the best boba spots in Naples. The drinks are always fresh and perfectly balanced—not too sweet—and the boba is consistently soft and chewy. The staff is super friendly and happy to help with recommendations or customizations. If you’re in the area and craving great boba, Sweet Moon is a must 🧋🌙
